Trauma-Informed Therapy

My approach is grounded in both clinical training and a deep respect for each person’s story, identity, and lived experience.

You’re not “too sensitive.”

You’re carrying things your body hasn’t had the chance to process yet.
I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and start feeling more like yourself again.

What Trauma Can Look Like

Trauma doesn’t always look like one big event. Sometimes it shows up as patterns you can’t explain.

  • Overthinking or constant anxiety
  • Feeling emotionally shut down or numb
  • Struggling in relationships
  • Difficulty trusting yourself or others
  • Reacting strongly to things that “shouldn’t” feel that big

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone and you’re not broken.

How Therapy Helps:

This isn’t about “just talking about it.”

We focus on helping your mind and body process what’s been stuck.

Using approaches like EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and nervous system work, we:

  • Process past experiences safely
  • Help your body feel regulated again
  • Break patterns at the root (not just manage symptoms)
  • Build a stronger sense of self and stability

My Approach

Therapy should fit you not the other way around.

My work integrates:

  • Attachment-based psychotherapy
  • EMDR
  • Nervous system regulation (body-based work)
  • DBT and CBT tools
  • Inner child and reparenting work
  • Mindfulness and grounding practices
  • Narrative therapy (including storytelling, art, and music)
  • Family systems

This allows us to adapt based on what you actually need—not force you into a rigid method.
